Power Amplifiers

Richardson Electronics is your supplier of radar components. We supply X-band power amplifiers made by Nisshinbo. These amplifiers are capable of producing power levels from 20W to 200W with a maximum pulse width of 500 microseconds. The amplifiers can be supplied in either a metal housing with SMA input and output or substrate type.

These power amplifiers are designed for pulse compression radar applications. Made by Nisshinbo these products feature:
